I’ve had good results with this program. Each day we did 3 workouts:

In the end I do believe that one must be committed to exercise consistency in order to see results. I had done this program for several months before I was able to see an improvement in my triceps.
As mentioned in the introduction, this program is designed to build strength and muscularity, rather than bodybuilding. If you are looking to get big fat and lean quickly, you might not be the right program for you. However, if you are looking for a little bit of both, the program works and I recommend it.
