Squatting to failure. These will all be fairly easy if you can squat to failure. As your squat to failure, your hamstrings and glutes will be working hard to shorten and extend, which will burn a lot of fat. I would recommend doing the exercises in reverse order, so after you complete the deadlift and squat, you will want to do the deadlift again and the next squat.
Pulling to failure. This involves lowering you weight from the floor with your arms out to the side from the beginning of the lift to the end. Also, using a weight that allows you to bring your arms back up to shoulder level is a must. There are a lot of free weights you can use but I find this exercise the most difficult to do, with only a 6-10 rep range I will never have problems with this if I do it right.
